The system your business is missing, built with you.

Marketing sites, web applications and software as a service, at a fixed price agreed before work starts.

We agree the scope and the price before anything is built. Open to any size of business. Client work and our own products, held to one standard.

The studio
Kuala Lumpur

We have worked inside banking, telecommunications, insurance and food and beverage. Different industries, the same discovery every time. The work was real and the system was missing.

We learned that the expensive way. We trusted a platform to do what it advertised, rebuilt on it twice and lost half a year. Software that does not fit how the business works is never a shortcut, because you pay for the misfit every day you run it. It costs more time and more money than building it right would have. So we agree the scope and the price before anything is built.

Open to any size of business. The smallest ones are usually the last to be served. Client work and our own products, held to one standard.

What we do

Six things. We would rather do six properly than list twenty and mean none of them.

Bespoke web development

Bespoke web development

Marketing sites and web applications built from the way you actually work. You own the code, the domain and the accounts at handover.

Software as a service

Software as a service

A real product with customer accounts, billing, roles and an audit trail, taken from the first sketch through to customers paying for it.

[ 03 ]

Agentic business solutions

Agentic business solutions

Software that gets the task done, not just answers a question about it. On WhatsApp that means qualifying an enquiry and booking an appointment. Behind the scenes it can mean chasing an overdue invoice or updating a record, then handing the conversation to a person the moment judgement is needed.

[ 04 ]

Integrations

The systems you already run, joined up. Accounting, customer records, payment gateways and document stores, connected so that nobody retypes anything.

[ 05 ]

Design and identity

Design and identity

Interface, brand and the words on the screen, designed as one piece of work instead of three.

[ 06 ]

Production and support

Production and support

Hosting, monitoring, backups and somebody who answers when it breaks at two in the morning.

What you get

Every engagement is scoped and quoted on its own. You will know exactly what is being built, and when it lands, before anybody writes a line of code.

[ 01 ]

One piece of work

Design, build, testing, launch and handover, scoped once and delivered as a single job rather than five separate ones that each need chasing.

[ 02 ]

What we will not bill you for

Paid advertising, written content, photography, third party licences and hosting are quoted on their own, or you get pointed at somewhere cheaper to buy them, because marking up somebody else's invoice is not work.

[ 03 ]

Nobody in the middle

The studio is small. The people who scope your job are the people who build it, and there is no sales layer and no account manager sitting between you and the work.

[ 04 ]

A date, not a range

Scope and delivery date are agreed in writing before anything starts. Neither one moves unless you move it.

yunaBizConnect

A referral network for local businesses, built on a structured job board instead of word of mouth. Works with what you already run.

Most of what you run does not need replacing. It needs joining up. The systems you already pay for stay exactly where they are, because replacing them was never the problem. Only the missing part gets built.

Why bespoke

Why bespoke, and when to buy instead.

Buy the commodity. Build the difference. The money is in the seam, and the seam is where most projects quietly fail. That is the part we are best at.

Buy what everyone has

Accounting, payroll and helpdesk are solved problems. Renting those by the seat costs you less than owning them, and somebody else stays up late keeping them legal.

Build what only you have

The workflow your competitors cannot copy, and anything your own customers touch. Bending a low-code platform around that costs you six months and still looks rented.

Own the seam

A rented accounting system that will not talk correctly to the bespoke workflow you use to take orders: that gap is the seam, and it is where most projects quietly fail. Recommending the rented tool instead of billing you to rebuild it is exactly what earns us the trust to build the part that matters, and that seam is the work we are best at.

Leave with everything

Your code, your domain, your payment gateway and your data are yours from the first day. If you ever decide to leave, you should be able to.

FAQ

What should you know before working with us?

Who actually works on our project?

Yunaris is deliberately small. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and stays your point of contact from the first call to the handover.

For larger scopes a trusted collaborator joins on design or delivery. The standard of your work does not change with the size of your job.

How long does a build usually take?

A marketing site is typically one to two weeks. A web application depends entirely on your scope, so it is sized in stages and each stage carries a date you can hold us to.

A longer date that is met beats a short one that slips, so that is the date you will be quoted.

What do you need from us to start?

A description of the job as it is done today, and who does it. That is usually enough for your first conversation.

Later you supply your content, your brand assets if you have them and access to whatever the software has to talk to.

What happens after launch?

You get the repository, the domain and every account in your own name. Nothing is held hostage and nobody disappears at handover.

If you want the studio to keep running it, that is quoted separately. If you would rather take it in house or hand it to another team, you already have everything you need to do that.

Can you handle branding as well as build?

Identity, interface design and engineering happen in one place, which is why the finished thing tends to feel coherent.

If you already have a brand, your work happens inside it rather than around it.

What does a project cost?

Every project is quoted on its own. Tell us what the job is and you get a figure and a date back, not a range and not another meeting.

That figure is fixed, agreed with you in writing before the stage starts, so there is no meter running while you think.

Is there work you do not take?

Sometimes, and you find out on the first call, not after we have taken a deposit. We listen to what the job actually needs first. For something the size of an enterprise resource planning rollout, managed information technology, a cybersecurity audit or a human resources transformation programme, that can mean bringing in the right specialist. It can also mean telling you plainly that this is not where we are strongest.

Either way, you leave that call with an honest answer and a name to call if we are not the right fit. A clear no in your first week costs you nothing. A stretched yes discovered in your third month costs you the project.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. You own the code, the domain and the payment gateway, in your accounts, under your name.

What we build for you is yours outright, never rented back to you. Your business does not sit behind a login that somebody else controls. Where a ready-made module would save you time or money, we will name it and price it on its own, so the choice stays with you.

Tell us what the job is, in one message.

One call to be sure we have understood it, then a fixed price and a delivery date.
