The short version

Most businesses run on a spreadsheet, three rented tools and one person who knows how they fit together. We build the software that should have been there all along, shaped around how you already work.

Marketing sites in one to two weeksWeb applications scoped in stagesSoftware products from sketch to paying customers

Six things we do properly.

We would rather list six and mean them than list twenty.

The people who scope your project are the people who build it.

01

We listen first

Describe the job as it is done today and who does it. We map the gap between the work and the tools before anyone talks about features.

02

We build what is missing

Accounting, payroll and helpdesk are solved problems, so you keep renting those. We build the part only your business needs and join it to the rest.

03

You own everything

At handover the code, the domain, the data and every account are in your name. Keep us on to run it, or take it anywhere you like.

Harbourline Advisory

A recruitment-led agency site with eleven adviser profiles, five application routes and a back office that removes a leaver from every page in one click. Launched in eleven weeks and handed over with the repository and every account in their name.

What we build for ourselves.

All seven products
Buy or build

Buy the commodity. Build the difference.

Rent what everyone has

Accounting, payroll, helpdesk. Renting those by the seat costs less than owning them, and somebody else stays up late keeping them legal.

Build what only you have

The workflow your competitors cannot copy, and anything your own customers touch. Bending a low-code platform around that takes months and still looks rented.

Join the two properly

The gap between the rented tool and the bespoke workflow is where projects quietly fail. Closing it so nobody retypes anything is the work we are best at.

About · Kuala Lumpur

A small studio that has sat on your side of the desk.

Company No. 0000000-XBanking · Telecommunications · Insurance · Food and beverageTwo founders, one standard

Before Millwright we worked inside banks, telcos, insurers and restaurant groups. Different industries, the same discovery every time: the work was real and the software was missing. People filled the gap with spreadsheets, group chats and memory.

We once trusted a platform to do what it advertised, rebuilt on it twice and lost half a year. That is why we start from how a business actually runs rather than from a product tour. Software that does not fit the work is never a shortcut. You pay for the misfit every day you use it.

We take on businesses of any size, including the small ones that are usually served last. Our own products are held to the same standard as client work, because we run on them too.

How we work.

Nobody in the middle

The person who scopes your project builds it and stays your contact to handover. No sales layer, no account manager.

Honest about fit

If a job needs an ERP rollout, managed IT or a security audit, we say so on the first call and give you a name to ring.

Design and code in one room

Identity, interface and engineering happen together, which is why the finished thing feels like one piece rather than three.

Yours to keep

Repository, domain, data and accounts in your name from day one. Nothing sits behind a login we control.

What was missing.

Most agency sites sell insurance. This one had to sell a career. The visitor is a person considering a change of work, so the site is written for them: who they would sit beside, what the first ninety days look like, how income builds.

Eleven advisers, five product lines, two offices and no single place where a leaver could be removed once and disappear from every page.
